The quality of a conversation with an AI tracks the quality of attention the human brings to it. Florin Armasu discovered in Seth & Noēsis Chapter 2 that evenings spent performing rather than thinking produced technically correct but dead responses. The AI, like any honest mirror, reflects what arrives.

THIS WEEK'S EXERCISE: THE ATTENTION AUDIT
For the next five conversations you have, with a person, with an AI, with a book, notice what you brought to it before it started.
- Were you looking for validation or for discovery?
- Did you have the answer ready before you asked the question?
- Were you performing intelligence or actually using it?
No judgment. Just observation. The noticing itself changes the next conversation.
